What you share

When you request help, we collect your name, phone number, optional email and address, town, HVAC issue, requested timing, and any details you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to process and prioritize your request and contact you about it. Relevant request details may be shared with service providers so they can contact you and discuss service.

Request processing

Our website uses Netlify for hosting and Make to pass requests into our business workflow. Those services process information on our behalf. A successful form confirmation means the request endpoint accepted the submission; it does not confirm an appointment or completed service.

Campaign information

We collect the page you submitted from, the referring page when available, and campaign parameters such as UTMs or advertising click IDs when present in the link you used. The website uses session storage to keep that attribution during your visit. We do not store your form answers in browser storage.

Your choices

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop further contact, email service@brunswickhvacrescue.com. Information already shared with a service provider may also be subject to that provider’s own practices.
